3	Chris	I'm off to do the four trigs this weekend although a group will be going from the level crossing at Stoke Canon, just over the long stone bridge and turn left, leaving at 9.30 and taking in Brampford Speke, Upton Pyne and the usual selection of wildlife at Moonridge Farm. Probably around 8-9 miles. Matt
4	Jeff/Dave	Stoke Canon . Not expecting many takers this week so joining up with Chris's group ,maybe at a slower pace, if any doubt about the weather give me a ring on Exeter 210776. Directions, take A396 from Exeter to Stoke Canon,turn left just after crossing the stone bridge, follow road round for about 200 yards to level crossing.              Dave

Welcome to the new Sunday Run page. This new page should hopefully allow for the fact that there are now many groups who go out on a Sunday Run at different paces and distances. This is how it works: The relevant groups upload details of their plans, stating if they'll be running, and if so, where, when and for how far. If groups decide to merge occaisionally, they will also add that fact.

A runner who wishes to join one of the groups should already have a good idea of the pace of the group leader, and so can pick and choose accordingly. Generally speaking, the faster groups are towards the top of the table. with the slower groups towards the bottom. There are also group leader contact details at the bottom of the page for those leaders who I know are happy to have their details published.

Sunday Run Extra

Fancy something different? Then why not join us for one of the league fixtures? Cross-country league races are not everyones cup of tea, but why not consider giving one of the more local races a go?  No need to pre enter and the club will pay your entry,.  All vets. women O35, men O40, please make sure you register as a vet for the series http://www.ironbridgerunnerevents.co.uk/westward/index.html. No obligation to run, but it means you are listed just in case, to count for the vets team/individula awards.  NB Running in race legal club colours is a must.
